Like to make beautiful matcha latte? Are you an expert barista? Do you have a nice smile and enjoy talking to customers very friendly? Good at multi tasking and quick in operating with hands?

Tasks
Welcoming and taking care of customers (for their satisfaction) and always keep clean and organised at a bar. Making and fast serving our beautiful and delicious drinks by following Atelier Giri recipe and standard.

Closing shop (Cleaning including dishes).

Cleaning (In rotation, windows, shelves, floor, appliances, furnitures.)

KITCHEN HELP, ASSISTING PASTRY

Who?
Like to bake? You don't mind starting early morning! Are you very organised for mep (planning) and inventory management too? You have many creative ideas for plant based pastry?

Tasks
Consisting result of making pastries specially viennoiserie. Be ready on time for each day for early sales. Keep track of process and result, analyse, improve, manage recipes. Follow up kitchen inventories for ordering.

Other kitchen food preps.

Cleaning (In rotation, windows, shelves, floor, appliances, furnitures.)
