FAMOUS RAMEN AND FAMOUS PASTRY IN AMSTERDAM

Last night I was a part of team,as Men Impossible to make the collaborated event succesfful with SAINT JEAN.

I work with Men Impossible brand for vegan flavorful ramen recipes since their opening in 2016.
The expert Japanese ramen chefs and expert bakery met, it was a unique event where each clientele could enjoy new experiences.

Now I start developing new course menu concept using more fermented seasonings for new season 2025. Atelier Giri’s kitchen serves other chefs, for more culinary values and cultures, by little experiments.
