Our coffee

Premium quality Ethiopian coffee treated by hand. Grown naturally under the canopy of the Guji region protected forest, at altitudes of 1800-2200 meters, which is not plantations, not monocultures. Sustainably practiced farming method is free from artificial fertilizers, and chemical pesticides.

Coffee are produced without damaging forest, in balanced ecosystem on protecting - soil, water, wildlife and climate - which alligns with EU regulation 2024/3190 on deforestation free products.

Only fully ripe red cherries are hand-picked. This selective harvesting requires multiple passes through the same trees and ensures only the best cherries are taken forward. Transported to the processing area, continue to be pulped, fermented and dried.
