BEDANKT EN EXCUSES

After two weeks since opening, there are some remarks and notes for improvements.

It is after two weeks since opening of Atelier Giri.
Thank you very much for visiting and having a look what Atelier Giri has to offer, or checking if it is a right place for you to be. I wish I could welcome all the guests equally with open arms but in some moment I was bit engaged in the kitchen or making drinks etc, I was not able to comfort you all time.

And I saw quite many errors, thank you for being patient, there were waiting time for getting what you ordered, and in some case, moment of payment.

I might mention the list of errors in another post, which needs some improvement.

Meanwhile, my great apologies go to those who ordered hot chocolates. There were two children, and they did not finish at all. I am so sorry, I have tasted then and found out the bitterness from little burnt flavour and it was not good one. I decided to replace this chocolate drink package into self made chocolate.

I really wish to give free cups hot chocolate to those children who did not finish, and to their parents please give another chance, if this little voice reaches...

That is the biggest error, and let's say other small errors are, due to not have installed yet the order taking system, creating a slight confusion for ordering. I am naturally asking customers to come to the counter bar to order and pay. This to be improved with an online order gate, without installing app, customers can look a menu online, order and pay (debit cards / credit cards). Then this same system is for customers who wish to pick-up order at a certain time too. For our personeel side, it is easier to confirm what is the pending orders and which cusomers wait most thus have to serve quick etc. In within few weeks it should be possible to install a whole system.
