This hidden gem atelier in Arnhems buiten, serves specialty coffee, matcha drinks, home made pastry & dessert as Saryo (which means a 'salon de the' in french). It also serves mindful lunch and reservation only exclusive dinner (pop-up) on weekends. Introducing a little value of food culture from Japan in a quiet, nature surrounded setting offers you a relaxed and unique moment of experience. Somewhat, we call it 'atelier' because it is a creative space for collaborating with other food enthusiasts hosting workshops.
Giri means mountain, we want to culture a way of eating, connected to the mother nature, specially inspired by Hokkaido's vast land with mountains and forest.

Atelier Giri was born from love of nature and healthy way of eating. Inspired by vast nature in Hokkaido, the mountains, forest, and lakes, how important to coexist with nature in our life.
Our vision
